Loyalty Scheme

We're all about the experience at Swoon, and following feedback from our Swoonatics, we are launching a new and improved rewards programme.

Firstly, we've removed the need for an app. Our programme is a QR code that sits nicely in your digital wallet. To collect or redeem points, or to check your balance - simply scan your QR code at the till in our stores. Points are collected at 10 points per £1 spent, and each point is worth one pence against a purchase.

Our rewards programme can be used in any of our gelato stores, and if you are signing up with us, just select the store closest to you from below.
